Former Jets QB Passes Away

Former New York Jets quarterback Browning Nagle has died at the age of 57. Nagle died from complications from colon cancer the team announced this past week. Nagle was selected by the Jets with the 34th overall pick in the 1991 NFL Draft. Nagle was known as a very fan friendly player who went out of his way to spend time with the gang green faithful.

The William Floyd Colonials girls lacrosse team has caught fire offensively and now rides a three-game winning streak after a slow start to the season. Things did not begin ideally for the Colonials, who opened the year with an 0-2 record. Since then, however, William Floyd has completely turned things around and emerged as one of the most dangerous offensive teams in Suffolk County.
