The Half Hollow Hills East High School wrestling program had plenty to celebrate recently, as four of its student-athletes were honored at the annual Suffolk County Wrestling Coaches Association All-County Dinner.

Santino Pascarella, Logan Pascarella, and Nicholas Sevilla were each recognized for their outstanding performances on the mat this past season, earning All-County honors for their efforts. Their success reflects not only individual talent, but also the hard work and dedication that has become a hallmark of the Hills East wrestling program.

Each of the three athletes played a key role in the team’s success, consistently competing at a high level against some of the top wrestlers in Suffolk County. Their recognition at the county-wide event highlights the respect they’ve earned from coaches and competitors alike.

In addition to the All-County honorees, senior Deen Khwaja was also recognized in a special way, receiving a scholarship from the SCWCA for his exceptional academic achievements. The award underscores Khwaja’s commitment to excellence beyond athletics, balancing the demands of the classroom with the rigors of competition.
