The Mastics-Moriches-Shirley Community Library has rescheduled its regular board meeting due to the blizzard.
The meeting, originally planned for this week, will now take place on Tuesday, Feb. 24, at 7 p.m. at the library’s Main Branch, located at 407 William Floyd Parkway.
Library officials also announced that the facility will be closed on Monday, Feb. 23, because of hazardous weather conditions associated with the storm.
Residents planning to attend the board meeting are advised to mark the new date and time. The library is expected to reopen once weather conditions improve and it is safe to do so.
