Coach Methven Leads The Sharks To Another Title


ESM Track Team | Eastport-South Manor School District

The Eastport-South Manor varsity boys track team has won the Section XI Small School County Championship.

The sharks took home the title by beating Shoreham-Wading River, 63- 51. Justin Albanese, Jaiden Campbell and Riley Gimpel led the team with spectacular performances.

Earlier this year Coach Brian Methven and John DiMarco led the team to the League III Championship title. That title match took place at Suffolk County Community College’s Brentwood campus on Jan. 17.

Coach Brian Methven was named coach of the year in Class B in December.
