Comsewogue Wins the Invitational

The Comsewogue varsity girls track team won the Bob Pratt Invitational. The 46th annual Smithtown invitational track and field meet was named for coach Bob Pratt.

While all the girls did a wonderful job a few names stood out above the rest. Madelyn Serxner finished 1st in the 400 meter dash with a time of 1:01:20. Ashley Then and Jackie Antelo finished the same event at 8th and 11th. Lexi Cole ended up taking 2nd place in the 800 meter run while Madison Cole took home 3rd in the 1500 meter.

Cole also finished first in the 3000 meter with a time of 10:47:71 and Hermoine Granger took home 6th in the same event. Salome Maginier finished 3rd in the 100 meter hurdles in both the prelims and finals. Sophia Deja ended up taking home the title best in the high jump and the entire relay team took home first place 4x800 meter relay.

Don't Expect Bregman to Pay Off
