The Sayville girls golf team are champions of Suffolk County.
The team was led by coach Tim Dillon and featured Lizzie Kiernan-Mulhill, Ryan O'Connell, Hailey Keyser, Hannah Niggemeier, Celli Howland, and Meg O'Mara.
The team finished the regular season 6-1 overall and 6-1 in division. They outscored their opponents 52-11 in dominating fashion.
Stony Brook University students participated in the "Running Wild 3K EcoWalk," a new Earthstock event conducted on April 21 at the Ashley Schiff Preserve.
In response to Republican lawmakers in Texas who are legally allowed to redistrict Congressional District lines this year, New York Governor Kathy Hochul is attempting to do the same shortly here in the Empire State, even though the State Constitution forbids her from doing so.
