Patchogue-Medford's Minutillo is the MVP

The Regional Team | bluechipprospects

Patchogue-Medford's James Minutillo was named the MVP of Blue Chip Prospects Northeast Elite Blue Division.

Minutillo is a 6'3" 185 pound right hander that has been getting a lot of attention on the travel baseball circuit. Minutillo has been graded as having excellent spin rates and besides his fastball, that just about touches 80 mph, he throws a changeup and a wicked curveball.

The Blue Chip Prospects tournaments are designed to put the best in the region against each other but also it's an opportunity for players to interact and be seen by college coaches, who are guaranteed to be in the stands watching and evaluating the talent.
