The William Floyd varsity girls’ tennis team won again this time at home Shoreham-Wading River by a 5-2 final score.
Led by head coach Dave Pia, with the win the Colonials improve to a 7-1 record in League IV and they now move to 11-1 overall.
Among their 11 wins they have been able to get 8 shutouts during their stellar start to the season. They now face off against East Hampton, John Glenn and Southold/Greenport to end the year.
The Colonials won the championship in 2022 and last season reached the semi-finals.
