A New York woman has filed a lawsuit against the city and several of its police officers, alleging civil rights violations. The lawsuit filed by plaintiff Sonia Perry names officers Robert McLoughlin, Benjamin Gelber, Dennis Cobic, and Annie Cosgrave as defendants.
