Brookhaven offers free rabies vaccine clinics for pets

The Town of Brookhaven, in collaboration with the Suffolk County Health Department, is organizing free rabies vaccine clinics for pets. These clinics are scheduled to take place at the Brookhaven Animal Shelter located at 300 Horseblock Road, Brookhaven, NY 11719. The events will be held on Saturdays: April 19, May 31, June 28, July 26, and August 23.

Pet owners can bring their dogs, cats, and ferrets without needing an appointment. Dogs should be leashed while cats and ferrets must be in carriers. This initiative aims to ensure the safety of pets and maintain community health.
