WFMS Fundraising Efforts Provide Clean Water for Students in Africa
Through a month-long campaign that began last February, students raised and donated a total of $1,118.92 to Strides for Africa, which will pay for the construction of a water well at Zokeseh Public School in Nimba County, Liberia.

Hills East Wins First Ever State Championship
The Half Hollow Hills East girls flag football team has accomplished something no Suffolk County team had ever done before. This week, the Red Colts made Long Island history by becoming the first Suffolk County flag football team to capture a New York State championship. The historic achievement capped off a perfect season as Hills East defeated Shaker High School 26-12 in the state title game.

Rocky Point High School's tennis program celebrated a historic achievement this season as Luke Mayola and Sena Donnelly capped off an outstanding year by competing at the New York State Tennis Championships in Flushing.
