Moeller finished the year with 37 goals, 33 assists which was good for 70 points. Her 70 overall points put her among only a dozen Suffolk players with 70 or more points on the season, while her 37 goals led the Eagles. Moeller ended the year on fire with 3 goals and 3 assists in her final game. She also scored 9 goals in her last 4 games to go along with 15 points over that span.

A Hard Knock New Uniform
The Giants unveiled their new retro uniforms and they were met with immediate scorn and ridicule. The Giants new design, which they will wear twice this season, is based off of throwbacks to commemorate their 100th season in football. New York will call them the "Century Red' style but it combines red and blue jerseys, red and blue helmets and brown pants. The style is a mix of three different commemorative teams. The jersey will reflect the 1933 Giants team. The helmet is for the 1938 team and the pants are from the 1925 season.

Miller Place mustered just 4 hits and one walk against him as they waved at his pitches all day, leading to 11 strikeouts. The win moved his record to 8-0 and moved Kings Park one step closer to a title.

While all the girls did a wonderful job a few names stood out above the rest. Madelyn Serxner finished 1st in the 400 meter dash with a time of 1:01:20. Ashley Then and Jackie Antelo finished the same event at 8th and 11th. Lexi Cole ended up taking 2nd place in the 800 meter run while Madison Cole took home 3rd in the 1500 meter.

Jacobs Sprints past a Record
Jacobs, who also plays soccer, has been on fire this year, and really throughout her entire career. As a freshman the Earl L. Vandermeulen High Schooler clinched the 100 meter title at the Suffolk Class C championships in 12.42 seconds. Then she one upped herself by winning the Division II state title in just 12.36 seconds. Athletic Director Adam Sherrard said "That is how Alexa has been running all year. The bigger the moment the faster she runs."
