Bay Shore man faces additional sex trafficking charges after new victim comes forward

Tierney announced today that Danny St. Louis, 43, of Bay Shore, has been indicted on three counts of sex trafficking and other related charges for the alleged commercial sexual exploitation of an additional female victim. Suffolk County District Attorney Raymond A. Tierney announced that Timothy Kjaer, 49, of Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, formerly of Shoreham and the former owner of several auto shop businesses, has pleaded guilty to Grand Larceny in the First Degree for failing to report $16 million in taxable sales. This action resulted in the theft of over $1.3 million in sales tax from New York State.
