Brookhaven Women’s Services hosts financial success workshop

The Town of Brookhaven Department of General Services, Women's Services Division is organizing a workshop titled "Prepare for Financial Success in the New Year." Scheduled for January 22, the event will run from 6:00 pm to 7:30 pm. Denise J. Nostrom, CHFC Owner & CLU/Financial Advisor of Diversified Financial Solutions, will lead the session under the theme “How to Kickstart 2025 with a Clear, Actionable Plan.”

Participants will learn about setting and achieving realistic financial goals. The workshop will cover creating a budget tailored to individual lifestyles and offer practical advice on managing debt and building an emergency fund. The event is set to take place at Brookhaven Town Hall's 2nd Floor Media Room located at One Independence Hill in Farmingville.

Interested attendees are encouraged to RSVP by January 20 to Sharon Boyd.
