Rocky Point Joseph A. Edgar Intermediate School recently hosted instructors from Orange Theory Fitness for a health and wellness workshop aimed at fourth-grade students.
The event featured interactive fitness stations, including sit-ups, planks, line running, and squats. These activities were designed to encourage movement and reinforce healthy habits among the students in a supportive setting.
School representatives expressed appreciation to the Orange Theory Fitness staff for their focus on both physical and mental well-being. Students received reminders to listen to their bodies, work together as a team, and enjoy staying active.
The session was intended to help students develop lifelong wellness skills, strengthen teamwork, and establish healthy routines.
