Pure Barre opens second franchise location in Brookhaven Town

On March 23, Councilwoman Jane Bonner attended the grand opening and ribbon-cutting ceremony for Pure Barre, a fitness studio in Miller Place. Pure Barre offers a workout program that uses the ballet barre to perform small, isometric movements. The company operates more than 460 franchise locations across the United States and Canada. This new studio marks the second franchise location within Brookhaven Town.

Also present at the event were Suffolk County Legislator Sarah Anker and Pure Barre owners Cheryl Zimmer and Katie Houde.

Councilwoman Bonner stated, “I am happy to welcome another new business in Miller Place. I wish Cheryl and Katie the best of luck and encourage everyone to stop by and welcome them to the community.”
