Gail Gray has taken a bold step against a major beverage company, filing a class-action lawsuit that could shake the juice industry. On November 24, 2025, Gray filed her complaint in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York against Keurig Dr Pepper Inc., alleging deceptive marketing practices concerning their Mott’s “100%” juice products.

The lawsuit claims that Keurig Dr Pepper Inc. has been misleading consumers by labeling its Mott's juice products as "100% Juice," despite containing ascorbic acid, a synthetic ingredient. According to Gray, this misrepresentation is not only deceptive but also violates consumer protection laws. She argues that the company has been unjustly enriched at the expense of consumers who believed they were purchasing pure fruit juice. The plaintiff highlights that other brands comply with regulations by clearly stating when non-juice ingredients are present, thus maintaining transparency with consumers.

Gray's case emphasizes how Keurig Dr Pepper allegedly failed to disclose the presence of ascorbic acid adequately on their product labels and online listings. The lawsuit details how the company markets these juices with images and claims that reinforce the "100% Juice" narrative, despite knowing it to be false due to the inclusion of synthetic preservatives. This alleged deception has led consumers like Gray to pay a premium for what they thought was an all-natural product.

In seeking justice, Gail Gray is asking for compensatory, statutory, and punitive damages for herself and others similarly affected. She also demands restitution and equitable monetary relief from Keurig Dr Pepper Inc., alongside attorney fees and costs associated with the lawsuit. The suit aims to hold the corporation accountable for its advertising practices and ensure compliance with federal labeling standards.

Representing Gail Gray is Adrian Gucovschi from Gucovschi Law Firm, PLLC. The case is being overseen by judges in the Eastern District of New York under Case ID 1:25-cv-06527.

Don't Expect Bregman to Pay Off

This week, one of the bigger names in the free agency cycle signed with the Chicago Cubs, and fantasy managers everywhere sighed. Usually, anyone heading to Wrigley Field is viewed as a positive, but for Alex Bregman, more information has emerged suggesting this move could spell trouble for his fantasy outlook. Bregman is a right-handed pull hitter who previously played in two of the more favorable home parks for that profile in Houston and Boston. Both parks feature short left-field dimensions that reward pulled fly balls and help inflate power numbers.

Futures Bettors Will Be Smiling

The College Football Championship is set, and it pits two of the more unlikely teams against each other. Indiana may have the largest living alumni base in the country, with more than 800,000 graduates, but few expected the Hoosiers to reach this stage. They feature zero five-star recruits and have instead relied on depth, discipline, and consistency while dominating all season long.
