Supervisor Daniel J. Panico has announced that the Town of Brookhaven’s 2025 Christmas in July Toy Drive was successful. The drive, which is organized by the Department of General Services’ Youth Bureau Division, aims to support the INTERFACE Holiday Toys for Kids Program ahead of the holiday season.
“I want to thank all the generous residents and local businesses whose contributions will help bring joy to children across Brookhaven this holiday season,” said Supervisor Panico. “Last year, the INTERFACE Holiday Toy Drive provided gifts for more than 2,100 families and over 8,300 children.”
This year’s toy drive ran from July 1 through July 25 with donations collected at 12 locations throughout the town. All toys collected will go directly to benefit the Brookhaven Youth Bureau’s INTERFACE Holiday 2025 Toys for Kids Program.
The INTERFACE Program operates as a partnership between the Town of Brookhaven, individuals, and businesses focused on supporting residents in need and addressing social issues in the community. The program also collaborates with community groups and colleges to raise awareness about volunteering and educational opportunities.
