Brookhaven Town Highway Superintendent Daniel P. Losquadro and Councilman Neil Foley have announced the completion of paving projects in Lake Ronkonkoma and Patchogue, New York.

The first project involved resurfacing 15 roadways south of the Long Island Expressway in Lake Ronkonkoma. The roads included Babcock Avenue, Bokel Road, Carroll Avenue, Cedar Street, Donna Lane, Dougbeth Drive, Eileen Drive, Garrity Avenue, Latham Place, Mill Road, Sloan Drive, The Plaza, Union Avenue, Vega Drive, and Winchester Road. This project cost $468,000.

In Patchogue, a second project resurfaced 10 roadways west of North Ocean Avenue and north of Sunrise Highway. These roads were Cameron Place, Canaan Lake Drive, Glendale Street, Howell Street, Jennings Place, Oakleigh Street, Perry Place, Waldron Street, Wilmarth Avenue, and Wilmarth Place. The total expenditure for this project was $174,000.

Superintendent Losquadro stated that the "roadways in the Lake Ronkonkoma paving project were in great need of resurfacing," noting the area's development over recent years which has increased traffic from motorists and pedestrians. He expressed gratitude for including these projects in the 2025 paving season.

Councilman Foley remarked on the significance of these improvements: “These improvements are a big win for our communities,” emphasizing that "safe, well-maintained roads are essential to quality of life." He also expressed pride in collaborating with Superintendent Losquadro to achieve these results for residents in both areas.

Bregman is a right-handed pull hitter who previously played in two of the more favorable home parks for that profile in Houston and Boston. Both parks feature short left-field dimensions that reward pulled fly balls and help inflate power numbers.

They feature zero five-star recruits and have instead relied on depth, discipline, and consistency while dominating all season long.
