The William Floyd Elementary School Drama Club is set to perform "The Little Mermaid Jr." for two shows on Friday, May 16 at 6 pm and Saturday, May 17 at 12 pm. The performances will take place at William Floyd Middle School, located at 630 Moriches-Middle Island Rd., in Moriches.
Tickets are available at the door for a $5 family donation. Attendees can expect a performance by talented students of a beloved family classic.
The Bay Shore Schools Board of Education recently recognized and congratulated girls varsity cross country standout Maggie McCormick for her outstanding achievements on the track and on the national stage. McCormick, who has committed to the University of Florida, was honored for her performance at the Nike Cross Country Nationals, one of the most prestigious high school running events in the country.
