Brookhaven Animal Shelter to Hold Free Rabies Vaccine Clinic on Saturday, April 22

The Town of Brookhaven Animal Shelter and Adoption Center will hold a Free Rabies Clinic on Saturday, April 22 from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm. The clinic is open to all Town residents and offers free rabies vaccinations for all dogs, cats and ferrets and free cat/dog FVRCP or DAPPCV vaccine. Dogs must be on a leash. Cats and ferrets must be in a carrier. The event is co-sponsored by the Town of Brookhaven, Suffolk County and the TNR Taskforce of Brookhaven. No appointment necessary. The Brookhaven Animal Shelter and Adoption Center is located at 300 Horseblock Road in Brookhaven. It is open Monday through Friday from 9:30 am to 3:30 pm, Saturday 10:00 am to 3:30 pm and Sunday 11:00 am to 3:30 pm.
