On January 16, Councilwoman Jane Bonner attended the grand opening of Bonita Mexican Steakhouse at 47 Route 25A in Rocky Point. The restaurant offers a range of dishes influenced by Argentina, Brazil, and Cuba. Owners Steve and Mariella Salazar have highlighted their focus on international cuisine, with specialty items from various countries.

Bonita Mexican Steakhouse has shared its progress toward opening day on social media and now welcomes guests to experience its diverse menu and atmosphere.
