Stony Brook University is gearing up for its annual CommUniversity Day, inviting the community to join on September 27, 2025. This festival-style event is scheduled from 12 pm to 4 pm on the Academic Mall. In the event of rain, activities will move to the Stony Brook Arena.

CommUniversity Day is a free event, welcoming both the university's internal and external communities. Last year, the event attracted 2,000 participants and showcased contributions from more than 100 individuals, clubs, departments, and nonprofit partners.

The university extends an invitation to the entire Stony Brook community and its partners to host activities during this year's event. Interested participants are encouraged to fill out the event participation form. Questions regarding participation can be directed to communiversityday@stonybrook.edu.
