Student art exhibition at Suffolk County Community College's Flecker Gallery to showcase talent

The Flecker Gallery on Suffolk County Community College's Ammerman Campus is set to present its 2025 Annual Juried Student Art Exhibition from April 17 to May 16, 2025. On May 8, there will be a reception alongside the announcement of awards and scholarships scheduled to start at 3 p.m. The gallery, which is located on the second floor of the Southampton building, will be open from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday through Thursday.

According to the college, students have been actively creating artwork across multiple mediums, and the college is inviting the community to visit and view the students' work. An SCCC spokesperson remarked on the dedication of the students and the opportunity to showcase their creativity and talent.

Suffolk County Community College is the largest community college in the State University of New York (SUNY) system, with enrolment of more than 21,000 students across over 100 degree and certificate programs. The college claims a thriving alumni network of over 145,000 members and emphasizes its commitment to aligning its programs with regional employment needs and providing pathways from education to employment.
