This is attorney and Second Amendment litigator Amy L. Bellantoni of Bellantoni Law. She was the lawyer who brought a significant court case against the Suffolk County Police Department over their revoking the pistol permit of a Port Jefferson couple, and also demanding they surrender their firearms.

The couple had called an ambulance for their son who lived with them in 2017.  Years later, police used that call as the rationale for the SCPD to revoke their pistol permits and the confiscation of their firearms.
