In response to these dire circumstances, President Joe Biden issued a warning, emphasizing the significant risks associated with any Israeli attempt to occupy Gaza during the upcoming major ground assault. Despite the ongoing challenges, the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) remain steadfast in their commitment to their mission within the Gaza Strip. In a recent public statement, IDF spokesperson Daniel Hagari affirmed, "The Israel Defense Forces continue to conduct operations in the Gaza Strip. We have successfully eliminated several terrorists, including the head of general intelligence."
Amid these developments, a high-level meeting transpired between U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken and Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.
