How to Spend $4.5 Million in Brookhaven? You Decide

Public hearing: New York State NY Forward | Town of Brookhaven

The Town of Brookhaven wants to hear from you on how to spend almost $5 million on improvements in downtown North Bellport.

That is why your input is needed on how to spend the state funds in the area.

The second of six Local Planning Committee (LPC) meetings will take place on Wednesday, June 12th, 2024, from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. at the Boys and Girls Club of the Bellport Area located at 471 Atlantic Avenue in, Bellport.

The grant funds are from the New York State “NY Forward” initiative meant to invest and revitalize downtowns across the Empire State.

Your thoughts on how to spend the grant money are critically important to help North Bellport develop a Strategic Investment Plan that identifies specific projects that align with a unique vision for the revitalization of the downtown area.
