Stony Brook Medicine recommends remembering the acronym FAST concerning the warning signs of a stroke:

T—Time to Call 9-1-1

They also shared that other stroke warning signs include: sudden confusion, sudden trouble seeing in one or both eyes, sudden trouble walking, dizziness, loss of balance or coordination, and a sudden severe headache with no known cause, often described as the worst headache of your life.
