Brookhaven Celebrates and Honors Juneteenth

Brookhaven's Annual Juneteenth Celebration and Picnic | Dan Panico

Brookhaven Supervisor Dan Panico was joined by Brookhaven Town Clerk Kevin J. LaValle, Councilmember Jonathan Kornreich, Councilman Neil A. Manzella, and Councilwoman Jane Bonner at this year’s Annual Juneteenth Celebration and Picnic.

“It was great to see so many friends, show the kids that at least one of their elected officials can actually still throw a football, and catch a game of chess while spending a few hours remembering the significance of this event in American history,” said Supervisor Panico.
