Among the riders were Suffolk County Police Department Deputy Inspector Michael Koubek, retired Sergeant Karen Ryan, retired Police Officers John Gagliano, Jim Parker, and retired Detective Jim Demarco. They were joined by Patricia Mullen, wife of late Detective Steve Mullen who died from a 9/11-related illness.
