Suffolk County Sheriff's Office Hosts Open House

Suffolk County Sheriff Sheriff Errol D. Toulon Jr. and the SCSO hosted their Annual Open House and Family Day at the Yaphank Correctional Facility.

The family-friendly and free event featured jail tours throughout the day, demonstrations by the Sheriff’s Office departments including the Emergency Response Team and K9 unit, and Sheriff’s Office vehicle displays.

In addition to jail tours, there were exhibits, law enforcement demonstrations, a “Troop Carrier” truck ride, and Child and Pet ID Cards.
