Stony Brook University is calling on its community to participate in the annual Car Free Day Long Island on Sunday, September 22. The Stony Brook University Office of Sustainability is encouraging students to forego their cars and instead use alternative transportation methods such as trains, buses, bicycles, carpools, or walking for the day.
