RIP Joe Keyes: Patchogue St. Patrick's Day Grand Marshall Dies Days Before Parade

After suffering a heart attack early last week, the Greater Patchogue Chamber of Commerce Board Trustee suffered another on March 7. He died three days later at the age of 73.
