The 6'3" 150 pound small forward can also play shooting guard, has a lot of room for growth and could grow into a power forward at the next level. Shedrick tore apart Port Jefferson and Babylon in back to back games scoring 19 and 23 points and then had his best game of the season against Shoreham-Wading River when he pumped in 24 points.

With our eyes and wallets all focused on the second half of the baseball season one very specific, yet very important point in betting baseball that many people overlook is as simple as clicking a button. Can We Make Money On Sleepy Joe?
The first 2024 presidential debate was held last week and immediately following the conclusion markets around the world watched the lines shift because of the current US president's performance. Joe Biden, was by all accounts, a complete and utter disaster on the world stage. The Biden performance, of losing his train of thought and general uneasiness watching him fumble through the questions, led many political pundits to come to the conclusion that he would be replaced as the Democratic candidate before he even makes it to the election. The book makers however were a step in front of even the pundits.

My Advice To Graduates - Say Yes!
As a matter of fact "live life" is such a simplistic and cheap way of giving advice, so let me explain a little more ... say yes. Say yes to what life can offer you, and when it's hard, or scary, say yes again. Say yes to that adventure, say yes to that thing that is holding you back, say yes, and then say yes some more, because saying yes becomes your life story.
Don't Bet On Brandon
We don't often talk about non-sports things that we can bet on as professional sports bettors, but there are some exceptions. This past Thursday night was one of the exceptions because the market shifted so much.
All American Freshman
Paulsen was a two-way player this season for the Seawolves. On the hill the southpaw went 2-1 in his 15 appearances in 42 innings. He was used as a bullpen arm and mostly was the closer for the Wolves. He ended with six saves and a 3.21 ERA. Paulsen's six saves, were tied for third in the CAA, tied for fifth in program history and tied for second in the country among freshmen.
Take The Under ... While You Still Can
Let's first start with the facts. This season's offenses and runs scored are lower than the past. Forget about the talk of a dead ball or juiced ball in the past or whatever the reasons and just focus on what is happening. In 2023 each team scored 4.62 runs per game. This year that number is 4.35. We are talking about .27 less runs per game from a year ago. Not that big of a deal right? Wrong. That means that we are seeing about 1 run less per team every 3 games, that is actually a steep decline.
A First For The Seawolves
With the award, Medved is the first player in Stony Brook's history to win the award and was one of 13 players in the country to be selected as a recipient for the 2024 Cissie Leary Award.
