'No Tax on Tips' Bill Introduced in House and Senate to Exempt Tips from Federal Income Tax

The bill exempts "cash tips", which could come from cash, credit and debit cards, and checks from federal income tax by allowing working people to claim a 100% tax deduction for tipped wages.

US District Court Judge John Broomes issued what is now the third preliminary injunction against the Biden Administration's Title IX regulation that adds gender identity to discrimination laws enforced by the Department of Education.
